01 · The work

A paid-social engine built to produce booked leads, not just impressions.

Wood Lane is a hospitality and events venue. The brief was simple: turn a modest Meta budget into a steady, trackable flow of real leads. I own the whole loop end to end, the creative and the offers, the audience targeting, the lead forms and landing pages, and the CRM capture and routing that catches every lead the second it comes in.

Nothing gets handed to an agency. I write and cut the ads, build and test the audiences, wire the lead capture straight into GoHighLevel, and read the numbers daily so spend follows what is actually converting.

02 · The approach

Test fast, cut what does not work, scale what does.

The engine runs on constant creative testing. I produce variations quickly, AI-assisted with 15 years of brand and video craft behind the work, ship them, read the data, and reallocate. Cheap clicks are easy. The goal is cheap qualified leads, so I optimize against cost per lead and lead quality, not vanity metrics.

  • Creative and offers written and produced in-house, tested in small batches.
  • Audience and placement testing to push click-through well above platform norms.
  • Lead capture wired straight into the CRM, scored and routed on arrival.
  • Daily read on cost per lead, with budget following the winners.
03 · The result

Roughly $3 a lead at about triple the typical click-through rate.

Over a single 30-day window the engine produced 500+ leads at about a $3 cost per lead, on a click-through rate near 3.1%, roughly three times the usual Meta benchmark, and a $0.19 cost per click. Because the capture is wired into the CRM, those leads do not sit stranded in an ad platform. They land in the pipeline ready for follow-up, which is the whole point: ad spend in, qualified leads out, every one of them tracked.
